We are currently seeing an issue where certain users are missing images and/or fonts both in app and on their live site. We have determined that this issue is only happening to users with a few specific internet service providers. If you are seeing this issue, please contact your ISP and request a refresh of your internet signal and it should resolve the issue. Rest assured, your assets have not been lost, they are just not loading on your specific ISP |

We have determined that this issue is only happening to users with Comcast or Xfinity for their internet service provider. We are investigating with Comcast to see if there is anything we can do on our end to resolve the issue. Rest assured, your assets have not been lost, they are just not loading on your specific ISP. |
